Returns of materials purchased from TTK’s online site are acceptable only if they are defective and have an RMA number: TTK’s Return Merchandise Authorization system. No returned product will be accepted without the RMA number.
If you think that a material is defect, you will need to provide us the necessary information and details, such as photos or videos, before returning the material.
Here are the steps to follow for an RMA return:
- Contact our support firstname.lastname@example.org with all necessary information (valid purchase invoice, description of the problem of the concerned product, photos or videos).
- We will provide you with a form to fill out to start the RMA process.
- Once you have filled out and submitted the form, our staff will contact you with an RMA number.
- You can return the affected equipment to us with the RMA form in the package and the RMA number visible on the package.

The transport of the returned products is done under the responsibility of the Client, consequently any damage suffered by a returned product makes failure to the right of return.
The return fee is at buyer’s charge.
If the product is defective, TTK will replace it with a new product of the same model.
